Nope only if you were getting if paid for this otherwise it's not deductible.

In short any expense linked to a trade is deductible but as it's unlikely that this is your trade no deductible expense that can be claimed.

Why on earth would sars do anything for someone driving around in their car. Im not even following what you are asking. What exactly should Sars do?
