It's enough for filing but if you get audited they could ask for the slips.
What's the penalty for failing the audit, because you don't have all your slips?

No penalty but they can cancel that portion of your medical claim that you cannot prove with proper documentation.

And that last page, cant recall from last your, Local Assets and Liabilities, do you fill in the cost price of what you had at 28 Feb 2015? And the liabilities like what was outstanding on the mortgage bond at 28 Feb 2015 for example?

This time E-filing's 'Calculate' option worked for me at least, but for anybody who wants to get an idea of what sort of refund they'll get before filling out the return on E-filing, I found this website to be extremely accurate (it turned out to be a spot-on prediction for me): https://www.taxtim.com/za/calculators/tax-refund
