I just come from a Sars branch. There was a special stopper on my account because my new banking details are not the same as on my IRP5. So now I'll have to wait for head office to remove the special stopper. This will take about 21 working days.

. Nice. When I get home I will check. I check 5:30am and was not showing zero. Hoping it will show Zero for me also.

I haven't received an IRP5 where I work, I wonder why. I'm not the only one though, the colleagues I asked haven't received their IRP5s either.

Mine shows R0.00 and Electronic transfer(the amount) for 11/07/2017. Submitted 1 July 2017.
So hopefully by Wednesday should be in account.

Also thing is in my orginal assesment it reckons Im getting back in the region of 9k. But when I do the statement of account thing.. its shows zero

It will show zero at the top of the screen, but the PDF that downloads is your real statement of account that should show you the electronic refund (just remember to disable the Chrome PDF plugin or else that PDF will be blank).

Thanks Foxhound5366. After downloading the pdf Im able to view the values in it. Yip.. mine also reckons the 11th.

Mine is about 20-25% of my earnings last year.. For real mense. Why? because I was contracted for 2 very short periods to 2 different companies during the tax year. So how do I make my money (not that its alot .. at all. Can afford a braai and 6-pack once a month only)? I do freelance work. Programmer as you may have guessed. So... while Im gooi-ing on about it.. if you want to "outsource" any development jobs (C#, VB.Net, Delphi etc etc) drop me a message. ...:twisted: .. *I have to "advertise" wherever I can lol
