Sorry, so muppet question, but where do I click to get a new statement of account?

On "Request Statement of Account" and then "I want to request a Statement of Account".

I had an empty Statement of Account which showed 0.00 balance, and it reflected that on the main page as well (0.00 balance).

When I requested my Statement of account again, the form was filled correctly and the balance on the main page wasn't 0 any more.

I assume it was a bug because I filed it right after it went active, and they had many issues, but I'd double check it if it shows 0 balance but you've been waying for payment more than 3 business days.

So if one was to use KPMG as an auditor this year, would one get a bigger or smaller refund?

Yean no I don't even see that option tbh. I have my assessment and I see the values though. Ag it's not going to make a difference in terms of timing, no worries. Was just curious.

If you're allowing the PDF to open in your browser that is the problem. Set your browser to open PDF externally, then click the link again, it will download the PDF and you can open it in Adobe Reader.

I think he's referring to it being empty - not blank - as mine was, which I alluded to above. Had to re-request it.
 
Sigh....

Mine still shows no refund date, however I have noticed that it shows I did my assessment on 1 August 2017?????

How did I time travel? It was done on 1 July

My IT 34 shows 1 August every year though and still get paid around the 7th July. I normally submit returns about the 5th July. This year I did it early.

Guys, I would like to know what does SARS ask for when your selected for an audit? In my case I only have one irp5 and medical aid which company and myself contributed to so in my case if im selected for an audit what would I need to submit?

IRP5 certificate, medical aid tax certificate, any other medical receipts not reflecting as unpaid on the medical aid tax certificate, and I think a copy of your ID.
