Quick question - on my statement of account it says Original Assessment 2017 as being on 2017-08-01.
Those of you who already got your refund - mind sharing the Original Assessment 2017 date on your statement of account?

Some advice needed please :

My dad submitted his return and no audit , so refund is due to him.

The problem is that he forgot to change is bank details as his old account is closed.

What do we do from here?

Anybody else delayed also with Old Mutual? Good thing I requested a transfer to Coronation (not least because Old Mutual's RA has high expenses).

Penalty fee for what? The Old Mutual RA? 0.o Nothing as far as I know.

No, my company's insurance broker handled that for me.

well i moved stuff from an old mutual RA to our company RA when I was permanently appointed from being a contractor. definitely papers I needed to sign.

Yeah, the broker gave me a form to sign that authorised him to do the transfer.

Presumably she has not submitted the correction (as she is still waiting for the new IRP5)?

All that needs to happen is she needs to submit the revised return as SARS will pay the difference (once all formalities like audit/verification is completed if selected for this)
