My SARS Status is now "Return - Assessed".
Previously it only showed eFiling Status as "Assessment received".
Hopefully my refund is on its way.
Still no refund date on Statement of Account though.

where do you see the statement of account?

/nvm, found it.

Anyone found an android app that can open the pdf documents from eFiling without hassles? Tired of pulling out my laptop each time.

Just to be clear... Sars didn't give you money. They just returned money they had borrowed from you earlier in the year ;)

Edit

Thanks Sars for returning the funds you borrowed/ over charged me

Did you guys who got refunds were required to submit documents for review?I'm sad i want my money

Submitted on the first, no documents required and still nothing.

I guess my point is you must have one helluva salary, not that my return (R6864) is huge.

It is huge. In fact, by MyBB standards, it is MASSIVE. I'm only getting R3 600 odd thanks to my employer's tax credits through the year. No DJI Phantom for me, that's for sure. Maybe a secondhand Nikon lens, or a chocolate pizza from Pizza Hut.

My employer doesn't pay for my medical aid or ra,
So, discovery classic comprehensive x 3 people, and a retirement annuity , adds up
On the refund side

It's just medical aid rebates. Compared to what I've seen others here get back, it's pretty small.
