Waiting for my damn pension fund to send me my tax certificate. Impossible to get that info from their site, for some reason. SO annoying.

There is a line saying "Electronic refund". You have to request a new one, though - purely viewing the old one will still show the old data.

that's correct, it's actually 30 working days for straight verification and 90 days for disputes. It's just not logical to continuously drag out a verification until the very last day just for the sake of doing so. They obviously take advantage of additional interest earned by dragging out big payments... Just an inefficient process that can be improved upon especially when the taxpayer is clean and provides everything and more upfront

apparently they have an army of back office verification and audit officers. I would think they need at least 500 back office staff to handle the demand. Remember that only about 15% of submissions are flagged for verification or audit. Everything else is processed automatically.

There is a line saying "Electronic refund". You have to request a new one, though - purely viewing the old one will still show the old data.

Is it supposed to under the Transaction details section?

Yep. But did it immediately after uploading. You can only correct if not yet assessed.

Ok, this is encouraging. Not sure if requesting correction is what I want to do now as it might kick off another process. Why did you click on it after uploading docs?

Because

1. I filled in amount paid for rates
2. Billed amount was less. So rather claimed billed vs paid rates.

Submitted on Sunday, refund showed in my account this morning. Not audited.
