Did you see the solution posted by KingBel?I had a similar issue. I was able to log on, do filing and, then a week later (last week) for a day I couldn't log in. Was told same story as you. After insisting it worked, their only solution was to go in to a sars branch to get it fixed...
Needless to say, they received a few 1/10 ratings for that support cal.

I did. Without doing anything my login started working again. I think there was a temporary issue that affected me.Did you see the solution posted by KingBel?
There should be a special stopper on your refund. To clear this you will most likely have to visit SARS and submit documents to support the new banking details. This is how it is supposed to work, but SARS systems has been messy this year, you might just get paid without the need to verify the banking details. If you don't get the refund in 7 working days then phone then to confirm if you need to visit SARS
Can sometime send a screenshot (edited if needs be) to show exactly where on the SOA is the proposed refund date?
Fml... I have a special stopper due to my banking detail change. Anyone with experience of turn around time this year after verifying banking details at a branch?
21 days from when you submit supporting details for new bank account
Day 20 - submitted supporting docs 12 July 2019 - got an 2nd e-mail for supporting docs. My child is disabled - asking for "service provider" contract for her "after-care" and a letter for School Fees from school in area. I don't have a contract, I also attached all the cash slips. Another 21 working days! They think we are fools. They delaying my refund. Never had any of these requests in the past from SARS.
I keep getting SARS has sent you a new SOA, go take a look it's the same one? They only owe me 7 cents
