SARS E-Filing 2021/22

Don't know what is happening on SARS end cause today when I queried my Refund Status it say 'No Refund due' however my SOA still says they owe me :crying:

Dont stress it, mine has been saying that since day 1. The important part is what does your SOA say? Request a new one and check.

Yeah I requested a new SOA after seeing that and it says they owe me. So now just waiting. The verification is suppose to be finished by next week (21 days) hopefully everything will be sorted out by then.

Good luck. My payment due date was 19/07, still waiting.
 
I have a negative balance on my statement of account which means they owe me. It has always said refund status unknown despite the fact that I have submitted my documents on 14. Now this morning I refreshed the refund status and it indicates no refund due and the statement read zero balance. What does it mean ?

Check your SOA for a payment date.
 
So I got audited, submitted all docs, my SOA says I should have been paid 01 Aug, money isnt in yet. Should I try and escalate or just wait a bit longer?

Click on the refund status button (for feedback). It says wait 72 hours before reporting issues
 
Need some advice please. Received an email on 15/07 to say that I was auto-assessed, after which I contacted my bookkeeper telling the person that she/he does not need to file. I was, however contacted by my bookkeeper later the same afternoon, informing me the 2021 return is outstanding and that he/she filed it as, well as 2022. But I was auto assessed for both!!?? Since then, everything is in shambles!! Original SOA showed refund was due 01/08, obviously this is not going to happen. Just logged into e-filing again and it still shows 2021 return is outstanding, although I received a sms on Monday saying 2021 tax is assessed. Worse part!..... it now also shows that 2010 return is outstanding, but on historic returns, it shows it's filed, which it was. Anybody else encountered this before or have any advice?

Refund status says no refund due, since the 1st it has been saying that. I refreshed it as well

Still waiting for someone to be allocated to my docs submitted. Got verification that they received it.... hopefully I wont have to go the ombudsman way again like i had to last year!

Submitted my wifes return, got a request for docs I think its due to out of pocket medical expenses.
It was on the medical aid certificate but seems like SARS has found issues with miedical aid certificates so is auditing them this year.

Eventually got all the documents from medical aid and the Dr. you would think if you pay someone a small fortune they could at least provide a statement on the first request.

Submitted the docs to SARS and got the letters in the following order. 1659621251236.png

And now for the kicker. Pulled an SOA this morning it shows the refund being paid tomorrow.
I got a message from my wife that they auditing 2020 and 2021 and lo and behold the SOA now shows a reversal.
And to top it off I have all the docs but get an internal error on efiling!!!
