is anyone having a problem installing this software? When I install and try to open it tells me "application has started without some necessary components running. Please ensure the e@syfile has been installed and is running". I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still get the same problem.

Which version of Explorer are you running.
Maybe update flash player.

It appears that the e@syFile Windows Service is stopped. Try Going to Start > Run > type in "Services.msc" > Select OK. Search for the e@syFile service in the Services window, right click on e@syFile Service and select Start.
