SARS eFiling "special stopper"?

Log a complaint. I complained and within 10min of the complaint I received a mail and sms to say everything is in order. 4 days later they paid me.

Strangely September was paid in 24 hours...July and August remain being verified on my dashboard. Phone call hears the lady say they have 30 days to pay............and nothing I can do she says ?
