I filed my returns last year Dec (manually). Never received any communication from them, this morning, THEY PAID! YAY

I have phoned them 18 times already and send them all my supporting docs then still I am waiting for something to happen. I phone every day and all they tell me is they will send a urgent request through.... this has been going on from November...

Libbie, they told me its between 30 and 90 days... but when my friends e-filed, the got it within the same week. Guess SARS is quite busy this time of the year.

I honestly think they jsut have a quick randomize function that processes orders...

With e-filing, just check that you FILED and didn't SAVE. I did that with my missus's return and couldn't understand why I hadn't heard anything after a month. I went back and found I hadn't FILED. Got her return back one working day after filing.

for the 2007 feb - 2008 feb tax year?
