I have been using sawireless for a while and it has not been pleasant. The speed is terrible, and the lack of service even more! And the mail server was of for about a month or so and he didn't even know how to fix it. :p

People I know that are on the network complains daily about the speed and no support. If there is a problem the owner just doesn't answer his phone, or come up with the strangest answers.

And it even gets beter when you phone him to tell you have someone that want to join the network he never phones them back , that is just bad service !

Please take note that as you know, you have not paid for the past 2 months, therefore no support. You are extremely unprofessional in your dealings and I do not appreciate your vulgarity in speaking to me. I do not need to explain how our mail server works as you do not use this service of ours, yet you feel the need always to complain about it. As to my knowledge you are the only client complaining so please get over yourself.

I have sent some emails to SAWireless before (2 or more, it was a while ago) and was unable to get a response from them. Trying to get an answer out of them is very hard, and i find it strange that they didnt want to give it some effort to get me as a client. My only conclusion is that they care even less for their current clients.

I feel for gerrie. And yes, why pay for a service you are not getting? Slow speeds, no mail (working or not), all very good reasons to withhold payment. I dont pay people before they finish the job as well.

Sorry if i am intruding on this thread, but i just needed to mention that SAWireless indeed ignored me as a potential client, thus they lost potential income. And they didnt care to respond. Professional? Try Axxess or Webafrica. Thats how you do it.
