i fail to see how somebody can assault somebody else while on parole and not have parole revoked - regardless of whether the offended party presses charges or not.

She did not say WHAT she had to shut up about. I am sure Dixie phrased it ambiguously on purpose. If she wanted to give details, she probably would have done so



That does not sound right to me ... all a bit confusing.

How can an alleged assault have nothing to do with parole conditions? The commission of any crime is an automatic violation of parole.

However, the flipside of the coin is that the assault has not been proved in a court. It is mere allegations.

If the DCS is not interested in the assault, how can they refer to him as a violent person ?

I think that they are preparing for a procedural error so he can walk.
