Scrambled image on tv

I have a hd decoder with a samsung50 inch lcd tv. The last two months the image on the tv is "scramble" do not know a better word , it is the same effect as in heavy rain. When the sun set and it's getting dark there is a big improvement. Anybody else with the same problem and what can the reason be?

Are all the channels scrambled and your dvd player, xbox, etc as well?

Maybe a doff comment, but is there any, ANY, plant growth around your Dish? I had a similar problem, and a small branch was growing above my dish. Just enough to mess with the picture.

Yip, seriously when it's getting dark no problem and no plants near the dish. Will get a installer to have a look. Thanx anyway
