Screamer WiMax

Not that I want to argue, but......
I joined in 06/2010, and paying R360 for my 10GB account + the R99 to up the speed to 1Mb/s
Currently it is R474 for the same 10GB's


+1 on the faster speed.
Think about it with a faster connection, I'll obviously use more, thus bigger bill......:D
 
Back to square one !!!!

Seems we back to square one again, this is the same problem of over subscription on Dalview Tower being experienced again despite the undertaking that the hardware proposal put forward in the past by yourself will resolve the issue. All worked well suddenly things have now fallen apart again.

This is really not acceptable, how can your tower be oversubscribed yet again !

PLEASE ADVISE URGENTLY
 
Have Screamer changed their upstream provider, I see tracert are totally different and I am getting 100ms more latency on WoW and Ventrillo than before on the old upstream provider?

screamer told me that they changed upstream providers, since then my youtube videos can get crappy at times, my latency to mweb sites and users is higher, and tracerts to mweb.co.za and news24.co.za routes via london . All of this now with the new provider :( . Please can you give higher speeds than 1 mb , 1 mb isnt so fast anymore

First, let me say that I have had pretty decent service all round from Screamer - their Accounts department in particular is a dream, especially after iBurst (Imagine! an Accounts department that can actually do accounting!). Their service in Support and Installation has been very good, too.

Bouquets given, I now have to move to a gripe which has becoome more and more irritating lately. So, Screamer - what's up with the early morning lack of connectivity?

My partner and I rise at the very start of the day, and we like to get things done, including emailing and various business related tasks, before the sun is up. However, in the last month or so Screamer has let us down.

I queried this a week or so ago, and to their credit, Support got right back to me and explained that they were "working on something" in the wee small hours. OK, I thought, and let it go. But it's happened twice this week again and I'm getting rather pissed off.

I'm paying for this service, Screamer - please, where is it?
 
So Dawn View Tower.. No internet since around 12pm today.. just got an sms.. now they say no internet for the whole weekend.. Hope it will be fixed by Monday morning... Any other Tower Down?

Brentwood Park tower been down since Friday. SMS said it would be off the whole weekend. :(
Their lack of support makes this even worse!
 
Does anyone know what is going on, or when it will be resolved?
