Screen recorders

Hi people,long time since i posted anything of value.
I did the google thing and downloaded a few examples of mouse and keyboard recorders but they just not easy to use and glitchy.
I am looking for a simple program which i can have unlimited shortcuts to automated simple tasks.
For example
1- in my line of work i connect to special program to the coct server with a username and password.Now as lazy as i am all i want is a simple app that will record my mouse movements and keyboard typing.I have downloaded a few programs but its not really good.

2-A program which i can record multiple actions and place shortcuts on the desktop.
If i feel i want to open mybroadband forum, i just click on a shortcut on desktop.Same goes for when i want to open my
webmail online and have the username keyed in and password(i know my browser does this automatically) i guess you know what i am getting at.

Its just not as simple as they say.
All i want is a a program.......start record...stop....save short to desktop reanme it to X.Next start record save to desktop and so on and so on.

Anything like that out there

thanks guys,i have tried all of them but they just not cutting it,Anyways i tried a few but the shortcut issue,I dont want admin rights when i click the shortcut..damnit.The shortcut must just work.I tried letting the program run with admin rights direct.It like a uphill battle.win 10 just wont let me do this.
Gonna try macro dollar.

RoboTask works well, I set it up to log in to a Point of Sale program, go through a few menus and run the daily day end procedure. You can also create desktop shortcuts.

Another App someone recommended was Macro Recorder from jitbit, you can save each task as an exe and run it, https://www.jitbit.com/macro-recorder/free-macro-recorder/
