I have the registry fix only and I have a Shaped Webafrica account with pretty decent pings

yeah batteping is insane, free for sub 300ms even on 3g , whats not to like lol

im getting between 220ms and 280ms on WA unshaped prepaid... with the regedit, no lower ping thingy

I can live with that

my mate last night was getting over 700ms :erm:

how got same account and getting 450 ms - 700 ms and sometimes no international and lag spikes (using registry edit thing)

On topic : WebAfrica ftw. So glad I have them as my ISP. A lot of my guildies bought a prepaid voucher from them.. Wonder if WA has anything to do with the cable breaking and getting more clients..

Why use lowerping on an already unshaped account?

Simple. SSH not only also inherently apply the leatrix fix, it also compresses data causing it to be transfered faster over long distances which in turn also lowers your latency.
