Seacom downtime update

apology accepted. now give me a refund for an entire day of nil connection.
 
I guess telling us you're working on it counts as an update... although, I would have assumed they would be working on it. So, thanks for the "update" Seacom.
 
Everything was fine until I read this thread 10 minutes ago. Luckily have a 10gb Telkom account on standby.
 
Seriously how does this deep (possibly) buried cable just break? surely they are too deep for a ship to hit.
 
The main reason for subscribing and recommending my customers to WebAfrica is they were on SAT3 and never had Seacom problems, now they are also having downtime after moving it IS:(
