Self Service Login problems

Anyone having issues with login on the Self Service Login? I enter my details but then it just hangs there. I've tried resetting my password - but it prompts me to enter all the required fields when I submit, even though they are all filled in. Tried Chrome/IE/Firefox...to no avail.

I'm not having any issues logging in. Everything seems normal. Am using Chrome.
