A friend did a full VoIP deal at the end of the end of last year and included, he recieved 10 or so of these Yealink CPE80 extension microphones.

The client only wanted a few, as his board rooms are fairly small - so my friend is stuck with 7 or so of these.
Feels a huge waste to simply chuck - so wondering if anyone knows of something we can do? Maybe flog them somehow? Surely small VoIP resellers would be keen, especially if they have sold CPE860 phones?
Cash Converters, I'm guessing, wouldn't take as far too niche
