Good day,

I would like to setup a bulk mailing solution for a client. What upstream provider / backbone should I be using? I understand that saix limits the number of recipients per email and per hour, not sure about IS. I have the system in place (well almost) but am not sure what provider allows the sending of bulk mail or what is required by those providers.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Any network admins out there? I have already setup a bulk mail solution for a well known ISP but that was located at an offshore datacentre. This time, I want to use a local backbone ..

Thanks again

WebAfrica has this exact system already configured and working, why reinvent the wheel?

Their pricing on this is pretty reasonable.

Web Africa's solution is just okay compared with iContact who is brilliant compared with them.

It has whitelist agreements with major ISPs so their clients can enjoy industry-leading deliverability. A third-party company, Pivotal Veracity, scores their email deliverability rates between 98%-99%.

And it's tracking facility is awesome. I can see who opened the emails, who unsubscribed, who clicked on (which) links and various reports.

I can also publish Survey's to everyone and have convenient pie-charts greet me on questions answered.

I use iContact for several clients, most of which now doesn't require me sending out their newsletters (that's how easy to use it is)

They have a free trial if you're interested!
