Rossi and Quagliarella are the best of a bad bunch of strikers.Currently this italian team is 1 of the weakest ive seen in about 15 years.obviously lippi wont pick super mario and cassano.Toni and gilo must be dropped.

For those who need to watch the games in english ss seems to have come to their sense a bit and will show the following games live: Saturday 20:45 Milan vs Inter on ss3. Sunday 18:00 Roma vs juve on ss3 and 20:45 Fiorentina vs Palermo.

Amauri seems to be heading in Italy's direction, I think he will make a difference if selected, but still it is hard having a Brazilian leading your front line...
Giovinco is another possibility, but the jury is out on him. Quagliarella has some impressive skills but does not seem to have the confidence when it comes to international games. Cassano in my opinion is the best option up front, but even he needs a working midfield and decent defense to do anything. Something else Lippi seems to be reluctant to address.
Football is still football. Personally I ignore both Italian and English commentators. They try to out do each other when it comes to talking nonsense imho.

No just anyone who thinks milan or inter will win easily. Milan may win but whoever wins won't win easily. Derbies are 99/100 very close between those 2 sides.

Milito won the pen vs bari and allowed eto to take it, today eto returned the favor.
Good that you are watching some serie a. Yeah pace is slower but its still great to watch. Some nice football today with the milan derby, real's start to la liga and man utd vs arsenal.
