Setting up stationery in Entourage

Does any one know how to setup stationery in Entourage.
I would assume since the software is made by Microsoft it should be the same as Outlook.

I have looked for the options but still no luck...

I have tried that solution.The only problem is it finds the same question i am asking on other sites and no final answers on to how to do the setup.

its super easy on Windows but being new to Mac isnt really helping much.
Any other recomendations...

To be quite frank Prof, Entourage sucks, Mail rocks, Mac Mail has templates to use and Entourage just makes life difficult, so unless you really really need to use Exchange support, rather use Mac Mail, it's simple yet effective.
