Convicted fraudster Schabir Shaik played a round of golf at the Papwa Sewgolum Course in Reservoir Hills, Durban, yesterday.

Shaik, who has applied for a presidential pardon, was seen by several golfers from about 2pm. Many said he had played there often since being released from prison on medical parole.

That course can give a fit dude a stroke (no pun) with all it's trees

The worse is that he is going to get the pardon.

They let the public know of this and there is an outrage from us but what they do, is just make you use to the outcome and when it happens its not that bad and you go "Yeah I expected that....."


But this will completely ruin the justice system and the beliefs in the gov from the "thinking masses".

Just for the reason he was let out cause he was going to die in the next month, and by three docotrs comfirmed.

No he is out and getting the pardon.

In any other country, he is well again so in to jail he go.

But not here its more the cae of "Take the fall and we will look after you very well afterwards"

In all honesty if Shaik is behind bars, the reasoning was off the bribe to Zuma, so if Shaiks guilty it doesnt take a rocket scientist to realise Zuma is guilty too, but his the president so they cant do that now can they?

I'm quite sure that he has a lot of dirt on JZ and has threatened to expose him if he wasn't released. So no matter what, he won't be heading back anytime soon.

Aren't there rules to his medical parole such as not being allowed x distance from his house? If there are such rules, cant we citizens instigate a citizens arrest on him if we ever see him out in the open. Tazers, a tackle, pepper spray etc?

I mean if he isn't allowed out of his house, then how can he lay charges of assault against us.
