Hi, I am running Tor on my desktop computer, which is connected to a SA host. I've set my xbox up for dstv on demand, which needs a SA IP to function. I used a proxy server, and it just keeps of buffereng, and not playing. Tor/vidalia plays it fine through XBMC on my deskop. I would like to set up set up Tor, which is configured through loopback to share the TOR proxy server through my LAN, so that it can be accessed on the xbox. I don't want to port forward, becuase that would hammer the hell out of my bandwith, and I don't want to get tor broadcasted over the internet, just internally. I was experimenting around this afternoon, and I have gotten nowhere. Doesn't matter if it's paid software, and my computer knowlege with computers is fairly decent, but just working with Tor, and Polipo is just too complicated. So I'm looking if any of you guys know what to do. So basicly just to recap, I want to share the localhost, and port over my LAN, but not with the whole internet.

Thanks

You mean the exit node is in south africa. Do you know how tor works? Tor have to go over the internet to get connected to the tor network.
You can go to tors website and look how to setup hidden services

You cannot share localhost, because its limited to just that PC.

The application either has to bind (listen for new connections) on 0.0.0.0 or on its LAN IP address, if you want to be able to share it with the other PC's on your LAN.
