Anyone wanting to share an ADSL connection close to Waterkloof Highschool, PM me.

Sharing? Then this person needs to live next to you. Or else if you going to use it for downloading, you could share the cost and do the downloading for both.

The idea would be to have one ADSL connection, and each one joining to have their own ISP account. Doing a PPPoE this is easy to achieve.

Well, this isn't quite true, since you're probably only going to have one modem, thus it can only use one account at a time. If Tom is online with his account, using PPPoE, Jerry can access the internet as well, and abuse Tom's bandwidth.

Wireless is the way to go, and since you're not going to advetise it publisly, or sell the bandwidth, it's fairly legal as well. Beware of hackers though....

Cant you initiate multiple PPPoE sessions using different ISP accounts (from the same modem)?

For sure. Same Machine, different machines, whatever. go for it.

Edit: as long as if you have a router it's put into Modem/Bridge mode.
