Yeah, I know it is madness that guys clean out mauls so vigorously. What if one of those Stormers pretty boys messed their hair. You do know this is rugby? That pansy sport where the players roll around in pain as soon someone makes contact with them is called soccer.
You are funny. I never took you for a guy that thinks the Stormers are pretty. It's very dangerous the way the Sharks enter the ruck with their hair gelled into spikes - can put someone's eye out! I love the game played hard and somehow you draw the conclusion that that's what I was referring to.

Um, English 101 time.... big NAME players not the same as big guys. Think Jacques Fourie. Think Bryan Habana.

Um, turn your brain on. Why do you insinuate that I can't speak English, when you have no idea what I am talking about? I am referring to the fact that they bought Alberts and Mostert - physically big guys. But I suppose a real supporter would've realised that. And most people here know how you will argue a point to death to justify it to yourself.

Well good for you because I cannot stand the Stormers. They do look pretty though in their new "just snowed on" jerseys!

Yeah they do like kinda naf in their pre-season strip. But hey, so does the Sharks' play.

I wouldn't mind the Sharks so much, but I can't stand their supporters, who blindly believe that they team are the best team in the whole wide world, and that they are going to win the super 14 every year.

Really, in terms of intelligence, Sharks supporters seem to be pretty much bottom of the pile (even below the Bulls), as witnessed from your posts above.

If you do not feel the same about the team you support then you are not worth a supporters ass and as such unwanted by your supposed "team"

Poor sods!

Can we not have high hopes for our team? Being a supporter, you will want your team to do and be the best. Not so?

Feel free to point out these numerous instances of foul play by the Sharks then. Failure to do so will result in me concluding that it was the hard play that had you squeamish!

Ha ha ha it appears my insinuation was totally correct!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "Big name" does not in any way mean that the player is physically big! I was referring to the fact that the Stormers had to go and "steal" tried and tested Springboks to bolster their side. That is BIG NAMES! ha ha ha

Ha ha ha ha you are sooooo funny! Our team has proven time and again that they are good. When last was your team in a final, or semi, of any consequence? And yet we still have all of you jumping up and down celebrating because you won some warm up games.

There is no need for me to insult the Stormers fans really... they appear to be doing it themselves. The fact that they cannot find their own team's thread and need to hang here just shows what wannabes they are!

The sharks do seem to lack urgency and they seem to also be struggling to find the right "combinations".

They have the players and they should pick themselves up from where they are atm.

Bad news: Sharks at current form with the hard fixtures for this years S14 will wilt and die.
Good News: Sharks have a mass of great players and are 100% capable of picking themselves up and doing very well in the 2010 S14. Like said above: "The S14 will not be won or lost in January"

Aye, that has to be our focus this year, no more playing just to win .... play to crush the opposition and secure as many bonus points as we can in the process!

Johannesburg - The South African Rugby Union on Monday confirmed that a hearing into a complaint against the KwaZulu-Natal Rugby Union and players Louis Ludik and Willem Alberts would be heard on Wednesday.

The complaint was brought by the Golden Lions Rugby Union who alleged that the Sharks - the commercial entity of the KwaZulu-Natal Rugby Union - had not secured the necessary clearance certificates required before contracting the players.

The Lions also charged that the two players remained under contract to them.

The Lions allege that this constituted a breach of SARU regulations relating to the Movement of Players and asked SARU to investigate the complaint.

Koos Basson - the former chairman of the SARU disciplinary committee -has been appointed as Judicial Officer and will hear the complaint at SARU's offices in Newlands on Wednesday, February 10 at 10am.

Not really surprising that SARU is so useless .... now they have to get a court to rule on their availability

But anyway, I feel sorry for the Chiefs when they play on Saturday night, this humidity is gonna kill them :D
