Sharks Supporters Thread

My prediction :

crus
sharks
blues
bulls

1.Crusaders should collect at least 4 against Chiefs at Jade stadium, ending no1.
2.Sharks need to win both remains matches with min 8 points, this should secure them a 2nd. Due to points diff compared to Crus, unable to finish no1
3.Bulls will need to beat the Reds, scoring 5 tries and beat Reds by 18+ blues points diff against force in order to do best they can ie 3rd, otherwise a 4th for them.
4.Blues, beating force will end no3,(only if Bulls could’nt reach pd target) if Blues loose, they go no4, or even out of semis, if brumbies can beat highlanders and collect 39 log points, allowing bulls a no3 spot.

If Blues loose as in par 4, then:

crus
sharks
bulls
brumbies

Does sound confusing, but actually very easy, if you think about it.

Exactly what I meant! I have become used to Butch James tackling dangerously and it is surprising for me to see him not doing that. Just something that I noticed... :rolleyes:
 
So the semi's will look like this

Assuming the Bulls win with a big margin and the Blues win the game against the Force. And the Sharks win even without a bonus point!:)

Sharks vs Blues
Crusaders vs Bulls
 
yeah awesome, looks like the sharks will finish top of the log :D
and i hope they play the blues cause they've just left SA and will have to travel back here again...

1 Sharks 44
2 Crusaders 42
3 Bulls 42
4 Blues 42

Bulls need to win by about 43 points tomorrow & Sharks just need to win!!! :D

Brumbies into 4th place, but not for too long.

Bulls need to win with 45 points difference to play against the Crusaders. Anything less will be against the Sharks in Durban.
 
Great Game - Top Of The Log

Well that was a great game to end the season. Now to concentrate on the semi-final next week in Durban. Playing the Bulls or the Blues. :rolleyes:

Great game by Petersen - again! Got a try in the end. ;)
And old Pienaar doing a great job on defense, man that small guy can tackle. When Shalck gets pass the first guy, he is there to bring him down.

Percy missed a few kicks to the poles, just wish he is on target for next weeks game, where every point counts. No bonus points then.
The stadium will surely will be packed. :cool:

Well now off to the Bulls game to see who we play in the semi's.

Some great news:

First time that an SA team ends on top of the log. :D
First time the Sharks can beat the Stormers on Newlands. :)
