Get your brother and your girlfriend in the same room and confront her openly, if it is true then there is a serious issue to be had.

EDIT:
I see she is pregnant, this changes everything. You will just have to work this out. It will not easy but you cannot just dump the mother of your child like that.
Now is the time for both of you to step up and either seek counselling or, if you are religious, see a Pastor to help both of you through this.

Women cheat. It's in their nature. Once you've dealt with the fact, you can move on and either choose to continue getting married or dump the bitch and find some other pony to ride.

She was pregnant but had a miscarriage after 8 weeks. Damn, this is difficult I don't know what I'm gonna do. I can't stay with someone I don't trust. Besides she'll have to spend the whole day at home while I work here in Huston. :(
 
Luckily you are not married. Dump her. Broken trust does not heal that easy. Her cheating will always be somewhere in your mind and poison your relationship.
