The Chrome browser on my desktop PC keeps crashing, displaying COuld not load Shockwave Flash.

Highly annoying; I've Googled it extensively and tried everything I could find. I also contacted Google Support, but haven't had an answer yet. I've reinstalled Chrome, tried to roll-back the plugin to a previous version, nothing works.

Anyone out there knows how to fix this?

I had that a while back and eventually moved to Firefox because I was unable to fix it. I hope you have better luck than me!

Uninstall Chrome and Flash, then reboot. Then manually search for any traces of either apps, and manually delete the remaining files and folders. Look inside Program Files, App Data, and other hidden/system folders. Reboot. Then reinstall Chrome.
