Articles like this are obsolete. US Mexican food is nothing like Mexican authentic Mexican food. Its changed to cater for American tastes. Just like Sushi has changed as it went around the world, and Indian dishes where changed and developed in London. Food is evolving due to other cultures starting to experiment. If we only allowed the original culture to ever cook something food evolution would stagnate and we would all be worse off.
