while we talking about launchers.. one thing that really pisses me off about Nova is the wallpaper management options.

Settings > Wallpaper only changes the Wallpaper for the HS and not for the LS. How dumb is that?

I don't see the problem with that? AFAIK, only Touchwiz does that anyway. And if you are using the stock Android lockscreen, you could set the wallpaper to match the homescreen anyway...

Get Cyonogen Mod :p

Here's my current screen set up yesterday. It's pretty minimal. I'm getting my head around Buzz Launcher. I feel a bit powerless with these custom setups though because they never quiiiiite match what I want. It's always a compromise with what they've given you.

Agreed. That's the feeling I get from Buzz. You should try Apex or Nova, you'll be amazed at the amount of customisation.

But I have to say, that is a gorgeous looking screen!

This is the biggest reason as to why I am not the greatest fan of Buzz launcher...

Great setup by the way- does the "apps" widget open the drawer or a folder?

Those screens look awesome! But unfortunately I have yet to find a launcher that supports the S Planner widget :(

Exactly my feelings.

That's why it is a good decision to go with something clean and simple, minor changes you can bring about yourself. ie it gives you a great base from which you customise further, even if it is not advanced stuff.

Also why I went with something clean (the batman screens I uploaded a screen or two back)

Keep looking for clean and simple buzz's. You know you can set it to look for 'clean and modern' styles...

The one at the top opens the Apps setting menu - not the most intuitive place I know.

I have been a supporter of Nova Launcher for a very long time and haven't been able to find another launcher that's worthy of replacing it, until now that is. Buzz Launcher is a great launcher, and I know it will become much better/customizable as the developers improve it.

It does lack some of Nova Launchers features, but that's something I can live with at the moment. What I love about Buzz Launcher is the fact that you can backup all your favourite setups and restore any of them with minimal effort.

As for getting to my app drawer, I have been using the swipe up gesture for some time now, it's much more convenient imo.

It was why I skipped Buzz when it launched. Still needs work, but the potential is there.

To be fair, Nova and Apex have improved on this aspect, and are also really easy to re-engineer.

Same here :)

I know this is nothing spectacular, but I love the little dude used for the app drawer icon :D

Taken from this mycolorscreen.

The wallpaper is parallax scrolling which is pretty flippin rad. Still working on snapping the top widget to the edges and getting the other pages down pat, but it's a cool theme.
