I really like it this way
It's your phone, so if you're happy with it, that's all that count.
I really like the gold wallpaper that came with my Gold S5, cos it makes all the other S5s look cheap & chicks digit.

You guys are way too strict on what counts as customisation. That's the whole point to Android, to give you the choice. For some people, like me, adding their favourite widget and background and keeping it simple is all you need. You guys should give people a chance

Thanks. It's Nova Launcher Pro, in the beta the released some features related to Android L design. I think it's past beta anyway, so just check it in the latest version.
