I checked it out and I must say it's impressive. Well programmed, good design. I still prefer my passcode with Dashclock though.

AcDisplay can be enabled with a lockscreen PIN / password. I know, I use it with the Knock Code pattern unlock on my Xperia S.

Set your lockscreen security to whatever mechanism you prefer, and disable the AcDisplay lockscreen (but keep AcDisplay itself active). AcDisplay will show all notifications, but you will still be prompted to unlock the device when you select the notifications.

Why not? You keep the functionality of AcDisplay, but prevent anyone from just accessing the notifications.

well, actually have pattern lock enabled via my Gear 2. so if the phone is with me, no lock, with someone else, lock!
