The reason I need a better camera is after getting a 4K monitor I saw for the first time how far the 2010 Nokia N8 was ahead of even todays 12megapixel phones. Absolutely amazing.

Edit : no change on my screenshot, standard Android 10 and a wallpaper I shot with a Nikon AW100 back in 2018.

Hyperion launcher, yes, test driving another launcher. It's very nippy indeed. Fair amount of customization available, the usual plethora of gesture settings, but I really like how responsive it is! Well worth the R40 for the pro addition IMHO...

Android 11 has killed third party launchers for my Xiaomi as it (the Xiaomi skinned version at least) doesn’t allow third party launchers to use gestures :mad: and I’m not putting those awful onscreen navigation crappy icons back on.

Gees, that's pretty crappy! Gestures are the business. Can't remember when last I used navigations icons. Maybe 4 years ago on my 3T?

Ive got the stock Xiaomi launcher looking pretty much like I had Nova, but then I have an almost iOS look with a screen full of app icons and two widgets (weather/date/time and net monitor). It’s looked the same for years, I think I posted it when I was still using a P20 Pro.

I’m not really into the empty home page.

Depends how often you use it.. Personally i hardly ever use the front camera, unless its a video call. I would avoid pop up camera phones that uses it for both back and front, as that would eventually wear out that pop up mechanism..
