Showmax on Mi Box

Hey everyone. First time poster.

i purchased the Xiaomi Mi Box specifically to use dstv and showmax. Reviews indicated both were compatible and out the box after updating, dstv is available and works. However, I can not find Showmax in the play store. Does this require sideloading to add? I was hoping that it would be available without any modifications.

or maybe I’m doing something wrong?

I have the MI stick and showmax works fine on mine.. Was it not preloaded?

I have 6 MI box and showmax works perfect on all.

It's legit. As long as you have a proper google account, Showmax will be available.

If its not preloaded, install it. Mine didnt come preloaded at all. Bought it from takealot

Opened it, installed the software via the application brower

Zero issues!
