.shp map file for SQL's Report Builder

Does anyone know where I can get a .shp map file for south africa,(even better if it was southern africa) having spatial data fields containing postal codes.
The maps I've found are provincial and municipal, but the data I have with those municipal descriptions are not that accurate. I do have the postal codes that should make for a better match though.

Alternatively could I use google earth/maps for this exercise?
I have roughly 100000 rows of data with postal codes that I would like to illustrate on the map of southern africa.
Like I said I have it working by province, but just not by post code.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanx.

Thanx Tim, very kewl flash app, very very useful interface. However the maps for South Africa unfortunately has administrative boundaries as its most granular data, where as I'm after the postal code being the lowest level.
