Sigh

Still waiting.

They said 60% of the areas will coming online today. The weird thing is they are not willing to say what areas fall in this 60%.

I don't have high hopes that the other 40% will be on today.

Maybe they don't want to be accused of bias? imagine if the 60% coincidentally happens to be areas where the Great Liberation Movement cadres stay, they will be accused of things.

How about treating yourself and SO to a couple of nights at a hotel? Doesn't have to be 5 star
F1/Sun1 hotel. Probably the cheapest you can get&decent.

Who is watching the F1 Grand Prix build-up and the race? Go Verstappen.

The power just came on. They said no appliances but I just switched on my geyser for a nice hot shower in the morning, I hope the shock of hot water after so long won't kill me...

All groceries in the fridge had to be thrown away on Thursday. Buying dry ice every second day for two households became unsustainable. I buy groceries for 3 households. Moms in EC, mine and my sisters in PTA East and her power was also off so in essence I lost two fridges full. No household insurance to claim from.

And I have seen that claim form with the Wapadrand incident that happened X2.

Honestly you need slips for the groceries you maybe bought months ago in a freezer. Almost 5 pages of questions. Not even worth the effort.

Certain areas had outages again for 5 days being supplied by Wapadrand after the last loadshedding:rolleyes: Best excuse the DA councillor can give is blaming the ANC/Budgets. Sooner or later your incompetence comes out and you cannot always hide behind blaming other parties.

I think I will give it a shot as I always have most slips. These people probably thrive in people not wanting to do all that paperwork. Please share the form if you come across that claim form again.

Exactly! I am so sick of that ANC excuse This is not the first time this has happened in both Wapadrand and Mooikloof and all this while the DA has been in power. Politicians don't want to take responsibility for anything and play on peoples emotions instead.
