Freshphone is very good

You can open as many freshphone accounts as you like and have 2 lines in each

I have 4 accounts, one for an IP phone, one for an ATA adaptor which looks after the alarm dialer and one each for my and my wife's mobile phones

Question for @chrisc and the other FreshPHONE users:

you say you have 4 FreshPHONE accounts - can one have more than one SIP_RESIDENTIAL (ported landline) on the same FreshPHONE TMS profile all using the airtime from one airtime bundle, and manage all 4 accounts from the same TMS login ?

e.g. my ported 021xxxxxxx landline number
+ my parents' ported 021xxxxxxx landline (different physical address 13km away)
+ 087xxxxxxx virtual FreshPHONE numbers to allow 2 teenagers to phone from their cellphones using Zoiper ?

If these can't co-exist on the same account / profile, then what would be the best way to accomplish / manage the above example ?

They can all co-exist under one TMS login profile but they can’t all use the same airtime. What you are describing is more like PBX functionality. You could accomplish all of this by registering 4 accounts and loading them all as sip registrations on asterisk. You would need to create the correct contexts etc but it is do able, just quite complicated if you are unfamiliar with asterisk. You may also struggle to host it somewhere that all devices can safely reach at all times. Best to just get a hosted PBX.
