Siri high battery drain

Think this has to do with the Homepod Minis I have. Switched Siri off now unless I wake her myself. Will test further.

I have three, then I would surely see the same.

Deleted the Siri data on iCloud and that seems to work. Enabled Siri again right after and will see over the coming week. Should've done it sooner lol.

To do that you just disable iCloud for Siri and then re-enable it?
Why would that be causing battery drain.

Probably some stuck backup or something. I went through this thread and post https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/substantial-battery-drain-when-using-siri.2221849/post-28346763

and then disabling and deleting Siri from Settings - My Name - iCloud - Manage Storage - Disable and Delete. It’s been about a week, and I haven’t seen the issue again.

So far so good. Siri is not featuring under battery usage anymore.
