Skullcandy earbud replacements

I bought Skullcandy's Ink'd wireless earphones and happy with the sound. The only thing I want to change is that the small earbud covers that came with it is still a bit too big for me. So I need something smaller than small. Any suggestions or recommendations, even if its a physical shop to go to (I am in Jozi)? I've seen foam ones online that I am willing to give a try but its a bit tricky judging the size based on online photo.

They usually ship with two sizes, I love mine.

It comes with small (which Im using) and medium. As long as I dont move too much they stay in, but this coming weekend I'll go look for replacements and see if Im lucky.
