Me and my parents who live in Eastern Europe use skype for communication. A few months ago we noticed that when we want to call each other the call gets cut off before it starts ringing. It will then say that the user is offline and the user will go from "green" to "grey", but just now it was still green. It works both ways - i get "grey" on their skype and they get "grey" on mine. But my skype is working - i can call them on a landline without a problem the next moment the skyp-ro-skype call got cut off, so it is only when you call on skype itself the problem appears. Aometimes also what happens the call would go through, but just when your video starts it will get cut off...very very frustrating. and the thing is it was not like this in the beginning!!! Our provider has not changed, their provider either.
Any ideas what could be the problem?
