slow adsl after 6pm!!!

hi..

i need help to figure out what's wrong..

i've just installed a 4mbps uncapped all inclusive with telkom last friday.
my max speed is 3mbps before 6pm but after 6pm it drops to about .3mbps and stays like that tell 2 am more or less
i called telkom 4 times but they kept saing everything is seems to be ok..and they said that a fault is logged on and a technician will come and check..
i'm 2.8 km from exchange in green point cape town

these reading are the same all the day.

any help to diagnose my problem will be appreciated..
if the technician comes and checks before 6 pm he probably will say nothing wrong with my connection

note that i've tried another modem and with filter on and off and everything possible so i'm sure that there is nothing wrong on my side

Your exchange is congested. Too many people on it doing too much when they get home.
No easy fix I am afraid, you are in for a long fight...

so if the exchange is congested..what can i do to improve my connection?!..is there anything could help or just cancel the adsl?
 
Log a call,escalate, demand to speak to a specialist, the more people in the area does the better, then hopefully they schedule to upgrade it.
