Slow international on SAIX yet again?

What is up, the entire, international, web is slow again?
Downloading a file at 4 kbps on a 4096 K line,

Sigh, must be IS rerouting through SIAX, having to shoulder all the Seacom noobs. ;)

Also using SAT-3 cable (since seacoms down) as telkom yet its fast so how does congestion work?
 
This is ridiculous.

My Mweb uncapped, which as far as I know has been rerouted to SAIX, is now faster than my actual SAIX account. -_-

SAOL sent me a message notifying me that SEACOM is down for the next few days.
Meanwhile i cannot even download a 13MB VGA driver for somebodies old MSI MOBO.

They still have the cheek to include 'Happy surfing' at the end of the message!

Currently enjoying a wonderful 2Kbp/s until it times out completely.:(
World class event happening while we deal with speeds that make dial up seem competent.
 
yeah lol atleast u can vists sites mweb business adsl aint even working, it did for 30 mins slow as hell, sat 3 cant handle the bandwidth lol
