Smart light switch options with no neutral

Yes, I held it on the blue until you could hear 4 beeps and it did not work, as well as trying on the red and holding it down until 4 beeps and still nothing.
 
Unfortunately, I just realised that those are the RF ones, not the smart wifi ones, which are incompatible with the Ewelink.

I was baffled over the weekend.
