Does the SNO not have a spokesperson? It would be good if we could be kept in the loop with regards to any kind of developments with telskom's competition!!

oh for the time and resources to compile a full list of things promised by when as against date of actual delivery (if ever)....mebbe this kind of story where the Minister says something is imminent or promises a date can be flagged/stuck - everything moves so fast that it is excellent to be reminded of the promises/undertakings that are made and dishonoured

I found a news article dated July 2004 the other day that said licencing was imminent - perhaps she doesnt know what imminent means.....

always bearing in mind it was meant to be licensed in 2002...

"imminent" - recommended for frequent use....means "anytime really, imminence itself being a relative concept"...for example...if it was imminent in 2002 well how much more imminent must it be now.
