Sync it to Outlook with iTunes...
If you haven't already done so, sync your current handset to Outlook or Outlook Express to transfer your contacts.

+1 but I use it only on the backside. Covering it with the plastic piece does not do the new screen any justice. Use a pouch to carry it around.
Where can I buy it?

Definately Jailbreak... no use having an iPhone if u not going to Jailbreak it.. u might as well sell it and buy a Sagem or something - HAHA
