But that’s the thing, their business hasn’t changed so their model won’t.
They’ve milked the “affordable” bank narrative so much that they are actually more expensive than other banks in some respects but people don’t check or care. So why would they?

That's my whole point. Nothing has changed but they keep on charging us more for everything.

Anybody using the dongle as well as the app?
When the app was just released, I went in and they told me its not possible to use both. So i Kept the dongle. Just asked their SM team and it seems it is now possible to use both.

This was their response:

That is correct, you may use both. You are also able to generate the token password from the App, in the event you might want to use internet banking and you don't have the token with you.
