Live in Somerset West and work in Cape Town CBD - 55km, 1:15hour commute with the bus (quicker and cheaper than using the car)

I'm curious about this...Lol..what's out there that we don't have?? we had someone at our work who lived in Gordon's Bay...left home 2 hours earlier to beat the morning traffic?? So weird, it's so much time traveling!!

Live in Northcliff, Work in Centurion. 25minutes during the holiday seasons. 40min drive if I'm lucky. Almost 2 hours when there's lots of traffic and roadworks.

I live in Pta east and work in Ferndale. 40min drive if I leave home by 05h00.

I live in Somerset West and I work in Somerset West; work is a 5km commute, and everything else is within a comfortable distance. I used to live in Claremont when I landed this job but I just couldn't take the 45-minute commute.
